This project is based on the restoration and conversion of a ruin in a rural area into a touristic property.

Since the area of the original building would not allow for the venture to be profitable without completely altering its character, the decision was made to create a new structure, with minimal landscape impact, to accomoddate the bedrooms, connected to the original building by a covered outdoor porch.

This way, the project achieved organizational clarity, separating the common areas, located in the existing building, from the resting area.
